(The open letter)

I request the politicians as well as state and political structures of the EU and Ukraine to file a lawsuit to the International Court of Justice in the Hague in order to institute criminal proceedings and undertake an investigation of the genocide of civilians in Ukraine perpetrated by the Russian occupation army and specifically the mass killings of civilians in Butcha (Kyiv region).

I make this call in the name of the Party of which I am a Chairman as well as personally because I have a moral right to do it as a person which fought the whole life against the Russian imperialist communism-fascism, and our struggle has lead to the proclamation of the independence of Belarus and to the elimination of communism in our country.

I and my friend Mr. Viacheslav Chornovil (Chairman of the People´s Movement of Ukraine and the Hero of Ukraine, killed by the Russians in 1999) knew what are the Russian imperialism and its politics of hate towards the whole humanity. Russians have killed millions of persons.

I make this call on my own behalf and on behalf of the memory of Mr. Viacheslav Chornovil. Ladies and Gentlemen, in accordance with the Statute of the International Court of Justice only the political and state institutions could bring cases on the crimes against humanity to the International Court of Justice. I beg you to do it!

The blood of the killed and murdered persons in Ukraine and Belarus is pounding in our hearts. The Russian Empire of Evil must be stopped. The killers should know that the punishment is inevitable.

Dr. Zianon Pazniak,

Member of the Parliament of Belarus (1990-1995), Chairman of the democratic Opposition of the Belarusian People´s Front in the Supreme Soviet of Belarus of 12th convocation, Chairman of the Conservative Christian Party – BPF, Coordinator of the Belarusian National Secretariat.
